The last time I sent back an item I received a box of fifteen various items along with a gift card and a letter apologizing for my disappointment. You would be hard presses to get THAT kind of customer service from a lot of companies. I love their Studio and mineral lines. These are of a much better quality than their dollar items. Their items are also sold at Target, Kmart and some Wal-Marts. They also have a line called "Sugar" that is for the little girl set with lots of bright colors and sparkles. Another thing I love about e.l.f. is that they don't test on animals. E.l.f. does have some products that are not the same quality as MAC or Stila or others, but not everything from the “top” line items are all that great. It's great play makeup for a little girl, but don't expect it to be anything amazing. This deal is a "deal" in that at least you don't have to pay their full price for subpar makeup.
