You can get a good price on Huggies if you pair up the coupon from the SmartSource insert in October with either the Shortcuts.com or the Upromise.com coupons that you can load directly on your Kroger loyalty card. Even though they’re both technically manufacturer coupons, they will be applied in the same transaction!
