by Tara Kuczykowski on June 3, 2009 · 14 comments

Kroger Triple CouponsKroger will be tripling coupons for a large portion of Ohio and part of West Virginia starting tomorrow, June 4th!

So what does this mean? Coupons up to $0.50, including Internet printable coupons, will be tripled. Double coupons will be in effect as they normally are for your region. This event runs through Sunday, June 7th.

Marcy at Stretching A Buck has a partial list of stores participating, so check it out and start planning your strategy!

I’m only aware of the Ohio and WV stores currently. If anyone confirms this is taking place in other areas, please let me know and I’ll update the post. Thanks!

Do you know how I can find the stores in W est Virginia that are doing this? I called the Kroger I use on a reg. basis and they are not doing it. Does anyone know what area in WV. I am willing to drive a little. I need to stock up.

Both of the Krogers in Lancaster, Ohio are participating. Doubling as normal up to .99 and tripling up to .50. Hope this helps.

Well, I really wish my store would do triples again. I stopped by this morning to get the most recent ad, since ours run Wednesday to Tuesday, and I asked the lady at the customer service desk if they were doing triple coupons this week. She said that they don’t do them anymore at all. I took that to mean they don’t and they won’t ever again.

I’m just thankful that the last time they did, one of the cashiers alerted me to the fact and I was able to get in one good shopping trip with triple coupons. I only wish they’d do it again. I guess we’re lucky that they still double up to and including 60 cent coupons, including IPs.

I just my home town Krogers Bucyrus Ohio and they are tripling copuons thru the end of business Sunday to 50 cents

The Kroger downtown Columbus (Brewer’s Yard Kroger) has a sign announcing the triple coupons, and the sign states that they will NOT triple internet coupons.

I think I will call around to different locations to see which store closest to my home, will be tripling up to .99 cents like Reynoldsburg. That’s a great deal!

Update on the Reynoldsburg Kroger…

I’ve called the store twice, my husband called once and someone from another forum also called. We all got told they will triple up to $0.99 for this event.

I haven’t had a chance to stop in yet, but the gal from the other forum did and they told her they are only tripling to $0.50. The Customer Service Rep told her she, “didn’t really understand these coupon deals.”

Argh! Very frustrating.
