I signed up for QVC but I got an error message that I needed to contact QVC Customer Service in order to receive my $10 credit. When I called they said I need to give the person’s name and phone # that referred me. I didn’t have that info so I couldn’t get the $10 credit.

I signed up but it said there was a error, and to call customer service. I called and they seemed to have no idea about this credit offer. I directed them to their sight that says they’ll offer $10 to new sign ups and she still was confused, and sent in my info to the crediting center to look it over. Im suppose to be in touch with them Friday to see what they decided. It seems like they may be a bit confused on this issue though, Not sure why.

I had no trouble at all, except deciding what I wanted to buy! I ended up getting the sprinkler attachments. My parents are really into their lawn and I figured it would make a neat gift! Thanks for the info! :)

I got the same error message. I signed up, it said my account was credited and then when I went to sign in it said error and I need to call customer service. :( Maybe its like the “pink” victoria secret website, but hopefully it will work. Good luck to everyone else.

I was also told that there is no offer with a $10 credit for signing up when I called the customer service number on my error message.
