I am a Discover card user and it did NOT work today.

I don’t see how it could work. You have to swipe your card before the code could possibly work (so that the computer knows you are a Discover member). You have to put in promo codes before paying. Unless there’s some other way I don’t know of. I ending up paying for my DVD rental anyway.

I don’t have a Discover Card, but I’d assume that you enter the code and then it will not let the transaction proceed if you use a card other than that. Has anyone had it work?

Off to try it tonight. Thanks.

Didn’t work for me either.

I got the offer in the mail too, and I got a different code. This is a one-code-per-person type deal, I think — not for sharing. You may want to make a note in the original post to minimize disappointment!

I received the offer in the mail as well and I had no clue where to enter the promo code and it ended up charging my card. I called Discover Card and they credited my account.
