Wow – it’s been ages since we’ve seen one of these! Print a coupon valid for $5 off $25 at Walgreens good tomorrow, Wednesday, 5/20, and Thursday, 5/21 only.
Note the fine print: Purchase amount of $25 or more must be before taxes and after all manufacturer and Walgreens coupons and discounts. Limit one coupon per customer per offer.
You can also use code SUMMER to get the same savings online. Be sure to shop through Cashbaq if you order online for 4% back on your purchase (plus a $5 bonus if you’re a new Cashbaq user!
Do you have a great scenario for putting this to good use? I’m in the midst of packing for a trip, so I don’t have time to put any together, but you can link up your scenarios below!

Printed the coupon and read the fine print:
Purchase amount of $25 or more must be before taxes and after all manufacturer and Walgreens coupons and discounts. Limit one coupon per customer per offer.
There is more but this is what stood out to me. I guess WAGS is getting a bit wiser!
Thank you for the link!

Good catch, Jubilee! Definitely makes it harder to score a good deal without the Easy Saver rebates, but I think it can be done.

Oooh good eyes Jubilee, I updated my shopping list accordingly, still a GREAT deal!

I’m confused. If the purchase amount has to be ‘$25 or more before taxes and after all manufacturer and Walgreens coupons and discounts’, then wouldn’t the minimum amount you would be able to spend be $20.00 (after the coupon)? How did Julie get it down to $6.35? I want to make sure I’m clear on this before tomorrow lol. :o)
Julia @ The Frugal Find
You’re right your OOP (out of pocket) cost would be $20.00 plus tax, but after you get all the Register Rewards back (technically cash to spend on your next trip/purchase) you are only out the actual $6.35 in cash. I hope that helps.

Makes perfect sense – thanks for clarifying!

Just a little reminder — Register Rewards count as manufacturer’s coupons. I had a transaction all worked out and forgot that technicality…ha! I still got some great deals, ( and I needed to use RRs before they expired!) but I am going back tomorrow to purchase some RR earning items.
