At the bottom it says Canadian store use only?
In the fine print it says “offer valid at U.S. and Canadian … stores only. Then it says “For Canadian store use only” Under the bar code. Maybe the U.S. stores aren’t supposed to use the bar code or something? I don’t think there will be any problems using it in the U.S.
I went to Bath & Body today and came away with 2 bottles of lotion for $1.08. They have a new lotion they are promoting and they are selling it for $1. So, I purchased the lotion for a $1 and got the free one. It was a good deal!
