they only ask for your name? how do they mail it to you w/out address?
Have you ever ordered from them in the past? They may have your address on file.
I’d love to hear from others who’ve done this successfully. My concern is that I’d be opening myself up to receiving advertising via text on my cell phone…you know how quickly your email address can get around…

I second Tara on that. I have been requesting samples from ShopText for around 4 months, and I have never had any advertisements or spam texts come through on my cell phone.
They asked for my
1. Zip code
2. house number and street name
3. Verify correct address
4. First and last name
