I don’t know if it’s my computer, or the website, but it’s not allowing me to proceed any further with the order. When I called Gevalia the c/s rep said I need a 6 digit code to order this online—does any one have it??????

Whenever I go to the website, I chose my 3 coffees and my free gift and than my cart says empty and nothing else will happen?? Im confused on what to do next in order to get my $3 coffee and mug!
When I try to take advantage of this offer, it gives me an error, that I can’t create 2 accounts with them-but I don’t have any other accounts with Gevalia. I called the 800 # and they said they cannot help unless I give them a 6-digit code for the offer. :(
How much longer is this $3.00 offer going to be available, I would like to send it to my daughters in college but would like it to arrive in October, can I order now and hold out on the delivery until the end of October. Is it still going to be available so I can then just order it in October???????????
Hi Colleen! It’s been around for awhile, so I think you’re safe. However, it does take a few weeks for them to fulfill it, so keep that in mind.
just got my order – 3 boxes of coffee and the mug for $3!!! no charge for shipping! of course, the coffees are ground and were supposed to be whole bean, but for 3 bucks I’m not complaining (too much) hahaha…
You are not selling your product, I have tried many times with the Discover Card you listed as one, but you did not accept it. So how can I buy your product?

Anyone know how to check the status of the order? Or do they send an e-mail when its been shipped? They didn’t require me to officially register (like with a username/passwword) to take advantage of this offer, so even though the order was placed, I don’t actually have an account. Basically, I just wanna know when I should be canceling the auto-membership, so I don’t get billed for more.
The travel mug offer has expired and now you get the stainless steel coffee scoop. Otherwise, this offer worked perfectly! It will not let you do it, however, if you have done the offer before and have an account with them.
