If it doesn’t work, it will tell you that the name or web address has already been used. I was able to use my address again.

This rinse agent is awesome. Add in all the other fantastic coupons that come in these booklets, and it’s definitely worth the time. I stock up on magic erasers when I catch a sale, then clean everything in the house with them. Way better than a sponge or washcloth.

I have signed up in the past too. This year I got about 3 out of 7 that made it intact. All I got was the front and back cover. I tried to find a contact for them, but couldn’t. I signed up again, hope the “whole” booklet comes this time.
does anyone know where in central va you can find the cascade rinse agent? i’ve been to kroger, food lion, harris teeter, cvs, etc and there is not even a space on the shelf for it….
I’ve always been able to find it at Walmart, Debi.
How old do you have to be to get this booklet? I’m just shy of 30 and this is the message I get when I try to submit for the booklet:

I just signed my 19 year old Son up for a booklet. It didn’t give me any error just said “Thank you for your request” and it will take 6-8 weeks!

Hey Diane, just wanted to let you know that that was happening to a lot of people, myself included (booklets arriving gutted). I called P&G from the # I found on a bottle of Cascade I had (cause I couldn’t find a contact # either). The girl was super sweet, appologized, and took care of sending me another booklet right away. Worth the call!
Hmmm. Interesting. It says I’ve already received it! And I only followed the first 2 links, not this one…. no go for me. :( Wonder if my gal at P&G counted the replacement as one of my 3 books… weird.

Just tried to get 2nd book told me I couldn’t. Used my name first time and husband’s second.
The last booklet I got, the free Cascade coupon was in the middle of booklet instead of on the back cover. Hopefully this well keep it from getting ripped off, like so many people have been reporting.
