I had a problem too, it won’t let me redeem the $10 credit no matter what I do!
I found the credit in my account, but it appears that you have to create it after you redeem it….? I already created it! =( I will let you know if I figure it out.
I chatted online with Snapfish about this today. It will not take the credit off until your last screen, after you enter your credit card info. Worked fine for me.
