Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for sharing this! This issue has been weighing heavily on my mind since I heard very recently about the death of a young man who had a wife and three small children. I don’t know if this family had a will in place but I pray they did. I know I don’t like to think about what would happen to my kids if something happened to me or my husband. But the reality is I have to if I want to be a responsible parent. I didn’t think we had the money to hire an attorney to create a will but now I don’t have to worry about it. Thank you so much!
Sincerely,
Amy E and family
Has anyone used this kit to tell me if it is state-specific? Dave Ramsey said on his show the other night that your will needs to be specific to your state, as the laws vary from state to state. Thanks!
Not sure about the state specific, but I guess we would have to check. This is timely, as our local paper ran an article not too long ago about wills versus revocable living trust.
Okay, have read further, and am very, very hesitant about doing this, expecially since it asks for your social security number. Will just have to wait a bit longer til I can get to the lawyer.
