hmmmmmi don’t see the Dry Idea coupon from that link?

2 Gracie Cappello June 27, 2009 at 5:13 pm

through this link you can get a $1.50 off coupon for Colgate Total Toothpaste making for an even better deal!!!!!

3 Tara Kuczykowski June 27, 2009 at 5:15 pm

Thanks for trying, Gracie! However, that’s a fraudulent coupon (so I deleted it). Stores won’t get reimbursed if customers redeem it.

4 Michelle June 27, 2009 at 5:52 pm

Are you sure these month deals are still working next week through the beginning of July? I figured new deals would start 6/28.

5 Tara Kuczykowski June 27, 2009 at 6:09 pm

You’re right, Michelle. Sorry about that! I just copied and pasted them without thinking. The monthly deals will be available later this week!

6 Tara Kuczykowski June 27, 2009 at 6:10 pm

Deanna, I had the wrong link. You should be able to get it now.

7 Tricia June 27, 2009 at 7:33 pm

I was able to find tear pads at Lucky and Safeway for $2 off when you buy Chips Ahoy AND Capri Sun.

Buy 5 Chips Ahoy at $2 ea = $10
Buy 5 Capri Sun at $2 ea = $10
Less 5 $2 off tear pads = -$10
Pay $10 oop and receive a $5 RR

If you happen to have the home mailer booklet from walgreens entitled “Summer is in full bloom at walgreens”, it has a $2 off got2b product WAGS coupon in it that can be stacked with the MQ making them free with overage (YMMV) HTH

I found 1.50 off colgate coupons at Publix by their ads. They are Manufactor coupons so they will work at Walgreens or Cvs this week has the same deal.

12 Elaine June 28, 2009 at 12:01 pm

On the Off! Clip-On Mosquito Repellant – I have 2 extra $3.00 off the clip-on starter kit. Anyone want them? Email me at hepcprimer@tx.rr.com.

13 Shannon June 28, 2009 at 12:41 pm

The Dry Idea printable is for the roll-on, but the roll-on isn’t on sale. FYI… :)

14 Tara Kuczykowski June 28, 2009 at 12:49 pm

Thanks, Shannon! It’s always difficult to tell what’s going to be included from the ad previews.

15 Jasmine June 28, 2009 at 1:48 pm

My Wags was out of the Dry Idea.

16 Cara June 28, 2009 at 4:12 pm

I have purchased the regular dry idea deo. in the past with the roll-on coupon and they accepted it…no questions asked!

17 Dizzy Mommy June 28, 2009 at 4:58 pm

On the buy $20 get $5 RRs, do I have to spend $20 after coupons or before coupons. I have a very nasty cashier at my Walgreens (no matter when I go it seems she is there) and I want to know ahead of time before she refuses to ring up the purchase or use the coupons.

18 Tara Kuczykowski June 28, 2009 at 5:18 pm

Dizzy Mommy, the purchase amount is always before coupons, so stand your ground!

19 angie June 28, 2009 at 5:30 pm

is the oreo cakester deal that has been giving RRs the last two weeks over?

20 Tara Kuczykowski June 28, 2009 at 5:39 pm

Yeah, that was a monthly RR deal, Angie.

21 Deanna June 28, 2009 at 6:09 pm

Tara, there is no link at all for Dry Idea now?

22 angie June 28, 2009 at 6:20 pm

tara, when do the monthly deals end? are they over now or do they end on the 30th? when do new monthly ones start and how do we find out about them? thanks sooooo much.

23 Andrea June 28, 2009 at 6:24 pm

Went to do the Dry Idea deal today and my RRs didn’t print. I bought 1 Dry Idea and a bag of mints but my RR didn’t print. They said “if you use a MQ, you won’t get any RRs”…WHAT?? Anyway, I’m on vacation and didn’t feel like arguing so I just got a refund and left. Are they printing on the Dry Idea for you guys?

24 Jasmine June 28, 2009 at 6:41 pm

That’s crap and wrong! I did the 2 Colgates deal and used 2 MQs for them and my RR printed fine.

25 Tara Kuczykowski June 28, 2009 at 6:50 pm

I took the Dry Idea link down since someone said it was the wrong item. You can find it on:

http://dealseekingmom.com/coupons-com/

The monthly deals for June ended today. I know of at least one new one for July that I need to post. I’m going to see if anything else has been found and post what’s been discovered so far later tonight.

What about the gum deal?

27 Michelle June 29, 2009 at 11:17 am

For the Listerine Deal this week, 2/$9, get $3 RR on:
• One liter Fresh Burst, Original or Cool or Vanilla Mint
• Whitening, 16 oz.
There’s a coupon on coupons.com for $2/1 Listerine 500 ml or larger, which makes this deal $2 for 2 large Listerines. But most zipcodes only show the $1 Listerine coupon; use 92801 to get the $2 coupon.

28 Jasmine June 29, 2009 at 1:10 pm

I did the gum deal. Bought 4. Worked like a charm.

29 WSL June 29, 2009 at 5:22 pm

I purchased the Dry Idea yesterday and the RR did not printout. I asked the cashier and she called up an asst. manager. They tried to tell me it was because I used a RR to pay for it (RR was from a purchase a couple of weeks ago for St. Ives). I had other items in the transaction not just the Dry Idea. They wouldn’t/couldn’t do anything about it. So I called the customer service line and she said someone would call me back in 48 hours. This morning I received a call from the Manager of the store where I made my purchase. He apologized and said that he tried twice this morning (not using any coupons or other RRs) and that it would not print any RR out for him. He is going to give me a gift card for my amount lost (I actually bought 2 in different transactions) and said he would report it to the Corp office that the deal isn’t working.

I have been trying all 3 of the Walgreens stores around me to get the Off Clip On. No luck. :( Everyone is sold out of them. I’m guessing with the RR and the coupons from the sunday papers, everyone is trying to get them. I had the cashier write me a rain check, but I doubt the $3 RR will still work if it’s beyond the “week” sale time frame.

31 Rachel June 30, 2009 at 9:35 am

Wrigley’s gum is on sale at Walgreens for buy 3 for $2, plus with coupons from this past Sunday’s…it’s a STEAL!

32 Lindsey June 30, 2009 at 2:40 pm

Hey, I have been trying all my Walgreens for the OFF clip on with no luck since yesterday. I called them all today with the same “we’ve ordered them but haven’t received any.” I just got off the phone with a manager – he said he just got an email from corporate saying that they are backordered so no one will be getting them in stock before the deal is over. Apparently they weren’t expecting them to be so popular. I really wanted to try it this weekend :( oh well!

33 Laura June 30, 2009 at 9:37 pm

Tara – are ALL o the $1.50/2 Colgate Total coupons marked as fraudulent now, or just the fake ones that were circulating around in that PDF? I actually found a bunch of $1.50/2 Colgate Total coupons sitting next to the Colgate Total toothpaste at my Wags a few weeks ago. It looks like one of the clerks might have cut them out of some advertisement and left them there for the customers. (Lovin’ my Wags – they are very coupon friendly!)

34 Tara Kuczykowski June 30, 2009 at 11:05 pm

Laura, as far as I know it’s just the $1.50/1 Colgate coupon that was in PDF format.

35 Dizzy Mommy July 1, 2009 at 8:16 am

I bought
6 boxes of Velvetta used 3 of the $1.50 off coupons at 3 for $5
4 cans of honey roasted peanuts (for Dh in the delivery room) with $1.00 off coupons.
Then I bought a Mirale whip with $1.00 off…..
In the end I was very happy and paid 11.50 after RR it was 6.50 which to me isnt that bad of a deal at all since I’ve been craving Velvetta.

I stood my ground with my cashier, she told me she wouldnt ring up my coupons. Finally the ass. manager came up and told her to take the coupons and it the RR didnt print it was my fault…. Ha I felt pretty darn good when it printed….it never seems to fail me that I try to explain to this cashier I know what I am doing she always gets annoyed.

38 Laura July 1, 2009 at 5:02 pm

Dizzy – you should write Wags customer service about your store. It could be that the clerk was never taught the rules about RRs vs. coupons. Wags truly seems to take their customer service seriously. I sent them a really nice note about one of the Wags in my area and also a critique of another Wags that hadn’t been posting shelf-talkers with sale prices or RR advertisements. I received a nice message back from the manager of the awesome store, and have noticed improvements at the awful store. Was definitely worth my time to write!

39 Lindsey July 2, 2009 at 12:21 am

I agree! My dad actually works for corporate and anytime I have a complaint he always tells me to send an email. They take customer service really seriously and everything makes its way to the stores. It’s one of the only places (I’ve noticed good things through Taco Bell, too) where I actually feel my complaint/praise is noted.
